Personal Data We Process
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone number, email address
- Customer transactions: your answers in the quote and contact forms, message contents, and the packages and services you are interested in
- Business information: company name, industry, website address
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, cookie records
- Marketing: newsletter subscription and communication preferences
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your quote, assessment and contact requests
- Concluding and performing service agreements, and managing projects and support
- Managing customer relationships and sales processes
- Sending newsletters and promotional communications where you have given your explicit consent
- Keeping information secure and meeting our legal obligations
- Improving the website and analyzing how it is used
Legal Bases
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5(2) of KVKK: the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c); it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations (ç); and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). For activities such as newsletters and promotional communications, we ask for your explicit consent.
Transfers of Personal Data
To provide our services, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners that provide hosting, form infrastructure, email and analytics services and, within the scope of legal obligations, to authorized public authorities and institutions, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Some of these service providers may have servers located abroad.
How We Collect Data
We collect your personal data electronically, by fully or partly automated means, through the forms on our website, email and other communication channels, and cookies.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, with regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred;
- request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, under the conditions set out in KVKK, its erasure or destruction;
- request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred;
- object to any outcome against you that arises from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
You may exercise any of these rights.

We will conclude your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
