How Can We Help?

We’ve gathered answers to common questions here. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, our team is just a message away.

Getting Started and Our Process

How long does a website project take?

It depends on the number of pages, whether the content is ready and the features you need. After the discovery call, we share a schedule with a date for every phase and run the project to that schedule. Dates aren’t a surprise; they’re a plan.

Do you use ready-made themes, or design the site from scratch?

We design and code every site from scratch for your brand. Because we don’t use page builders or heavy ready-made themes, our sites load fast, perform better in search engines and stay ready to grow. In short, your site has no twin wandering around the internet.

Can we update the site ourselves after launch?

Yes. At handover, we train your team on content management, so you can update text, images and pages without knowing any code. If you’d rather leave maintenance and development to us, that door is open too.

Is the free assessment really free?

Yes. The assessment doesn’t have to turn into a sales call. You can use the results with your own team, another agency or us; the decision is entirely yours.

Web Design and Development

What’s the difference between UX and UI, and how does it affect my site?

UX (user experience) is about how the site works and how easily visitors find what they’re looking for. UI (user interface) is the visible face: colors, typography and layout. Think of one as the road and the other as the shop window. Together, they shape your conversion rate, how long visitors stay on your site and how people perceive your brand; we design both at the same table.

How does your design process work?

We start with discovery and analysis, map out the page structure with wireframes, then move on to final designs and prototypes. We involve you at every approval stage, so the final design pleases the eye and serves your business goals.

Why do you start projects with a design workshop?

A short, intensive workshop lets us test ideas quickly before spending weeks on design and code. Everyone gets on the same page, risks surface early and we make sure we’re solving the right problem.

Can I request changes during the design process?

Of course. We work in iterations and hold review sessions just for you at the wireframe and interface stages. Your feedback isn’t a hassle for us; it’s input that improves the result.

Can you work alongside our in-house design team?

Yes, we often work as an extension of in-house teams. Your team can design the interface while we lead the user experience strategy, or we can turn your team’s designs into code from start to finish. We agree on who does what from the outset.

Do you only design, or do you also develop?

We do both. We write clean, semantic code without page builders and bring designs to life with pixel-perfect precision and high performance. And with designers and developers on the same team, you rarely hear "this design can’t be coded."

Brand Identity

What do you deliver in a brand identity project?

It depends on the scope, but we typically deliver the logo and its variations, a color palette, a typography system, tone of voice and key messages, plus a brand guide explaining how to use them. Files are prepared separately for print and digital use.

Do we have to replace our current logo completely?

No. Sometimes what’s needed isn’t a new logo but a stronger, more consistently applied version of your current identity. During discovery, we review your existing assets and decide together whether a refresh or a full redesign is the better call. We won’t change something you love just for the sake of change.

What’s the difference between brand strategy and identity design?

Strategy defines what the brand says and to whom: positioning, value proposition, tone of voice. Identity design makes that strategy visible: logo, colors, typography and visual language. A strong identity is built on a solid strategy; the reverse rarely holds.

Can you do the brand work together with the website?

Yes, and it’s often the most efficient approach. When the identity and the site are shaped by the same team, the brand language stays consistent across every touchpoint, the process gets shorter and duplicated work drops.

Advertising and SEO

How do digital advertising and SEO work together?

They deliver the strongest results when they work as one system. Ads bring instant visibility and fast data; SEO builds long-term authority and sustainable traffic. We test keywords, offers and messages with ads first, then carry what works into SEO, where the gains compound over time. Faster growth today, lower customer acquisition costs tomorrow.

When will I see results from SEO and ads?

Ad campaigns can start generating traffic and inquiries soon after they go live. SEO, by contrast, is a long-term investment: meaningful improvements usually begin to show within a few months and then keep building. In short, ads bring speed; SEO brings staying power.

Which ad platforms do you manage?

We mainly manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and YouTube campaigns. We choose channels based on your audience, your product and purchase intent, and we won’t recommend a channel that doesn’t fit your business just to pad the list. Every campaign is built on conversion tracking and real revenue impact.

How do you measure success and performance?

We track what really matters: conversions, revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), keyword rankings, the quality of organic traffic and customer acquisition cost. Instead of confusing charts, you get clear reports and dashboards. We fix what isn’t working and scale what is.

Do you also optimize landing pages and conversions?

Yes. Traffic that doesn’t convert is wasted budget. We optimize landing pages, messaging, forms and user flows for conversion, because ads and SEO pay off when the page a visitor lands on is ready for them.

Is this service right for both startups and established businesses?

Yes, but the strategy changes. For startups, we focus on fast validation, efficient spending and SEO foundations that support early growth. For established businesses, we scale up and work to lower customer acquisition costs and stand out in competitive searches. The system is the same; how we apply it depends on where you are.

Pricing and Payment

Do you work with agencies on a white-label basis?

Yes. We often partner with brand studios and marketing agencies. We take on the work that needs development and animation under your brand, staying in the background while you focus on your client. The applause is yours.

Do you offer both design and development?

Yes. Our roots are in custom software development, and we have dedicated expertise in user experience and interface design. We take your project from a blank page to a live site, moving design and code forward together.

How do I know which package is right for me?

The packages are a starting point; we still shape every project around you. In a short discovery call, we clarify what you need and prepare the quote that gives you the best value for your budget. If you’re undecided, the 12-question quote form is also a good place to start.

If our own team handles part of the work, does the budget change?

Yes. If your team has designers, we can focus on development; if you have developers, we can take on user experience and design. We adjust the scope and budget to where you need us most.

Do the prices include hosting and a domain name?

Package prices cover design and development. Annual services such as hosting, domain names and business email are planned separately to suit your needs, and we set them up on your behalf. Every item is listed clearly in the quote, with no asterisks and no fine print.

Support and Maintenance

Do you provide maintenance and support after launch?

Yes. We offer a range of support models, from single-day support to blocks of hours and growth plans tailored to you. Your requests go through your assigned project manager, and you’re notified as each task is completed.

What should we do if our site runs into a problem?

If you have a support package, just message your project manager or post in your shared workspace. If you don’t have one yet, reach us through the contact form or by email; we’ll look into it and send you the fastest way to resolve it.

Can you migrate or redesign our existing site?

Yes. We can move your current site to a new platform while preserving its content, page URLs and the search visibility it has built up. We set up redirects from old URLs to the new pages to keep ranking losses to a minimum.

Can you build multilingual sites?

Yes. We build multilingual sites that feel local wherever your audience is. Easy language switching, separate SEO settings for each language and a localized content structure come standard.

Do you help with data protection (KVKK) and cookie compliance?

We build our sites to protect visitor data: cookie consent, secure forms and clear policy pages are part of the job. For the content of legal texts, we recommend getting approval from your own legal advisor.
