Laravel

Laravel is an open-source PHP framework for building web applications. We use it for custom back-ends: admin panels where your team manages content, APIs, user accounts and booking or quote systems.

What Is Laravel?

Laravel is a PHP framework: a ready-made foundation for the parts every web application needs, such as routing, sessions, forms and database access, so development time goes into what is specific to your project. Taylor Otwell created it and released the first version in 2011. It follows the model-view-controller (MVC) pattern, which keeps data, logic and presentation apart.

Its key parts have names you may hear from developers. Eloquent maps database tables to code, so records can be read and saved without hand-written SQL everywhere. Blade is the template language for pages and emails. Migrations record every change to the database structure as code, Artisan, the command-line tool, runs routine tasks, and queues move slow jobs such as sending emails into the background.

Laravel is free and open source under the MIT license, and it is developed by the Laravel team together with a large community. A new major version comes out every year, with bug fixes for 18 months and security fixes for two years, so upgrades can be planned well ahead. It works with MySQL and PostgreSQL, and uses Vite for front-end files.

Where We Use Laravel

We choose Laravel when a project needs more than a few forms: data, users and rules. These are its most common jobs in our projects:

  • Content Admin Panels

We build an admin panel shaped around your content, so your team can update pages, products, news or team members in Turkish, English and Arabic without touching code.

  • Booking and Quote Systems

Appointment requests, quote forms and order flows are stored as structured records. You see them in the panel, their status changes as work progresses, and the right people get an email at each step.

  • User Accounts and Roles

Sign-up, login, password reset and roles are set up with care. Customers, dealers or staff each see only the pages and data that concern them, and nothing more.

  • APIs for Apps and Interfaces

Laravel can serve data to a mobile app, or to an interface built with React, Vue.js or Next.js, through a secure API that checks permissions on every request.

Why Laravel?

  • Security Built In

Every form carries a hidden token that blocks forged submissions from other sites (CSRF protection). Input is validated against clear rules, template output is escaped by default and passwords are stored only as hashes.

  • A Structure Others Can Follow

Laravel's conventions put every piece of code in a predictable place. Another developer, or your own team, can pick up the project later and quickly find their way around.

  • Controlled Database Changes

With migrations, every change to the database structure is written down, versioned in Git and applied the same way on every server, so changes aren't made by hand or forgotten between servers.

How We Work on Your Project

We start by mapping the data with you: what is stored, who can see and change what, and which emails or notifications each step sends. Then we design the admin panel screens in Figma, build the back-end in stages and show you each part working as soon as it is ready.

Before launch we test permissions with different user roles, try forms with wrong and incomplete input, set up automatic database backups and confirm the site runs on supported versions of Laravel and PHP. At handover we train your team to use the admin panel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help Center
Will my team be able to update content themselves?

Yes. The admin panel is designed around your content and languages, and at handover we train your team to use it. No coding knowledge is needed.

Who owns the code?

The code we write for your project is handed over to you, with its full history in Git. Laravel itself is open source under the MIT license, so there is no license fee.

Can new features be added later?

Yes. Laravel's clear structure makes it straightforward to add modules such as a new form, a report or a members' area, and migrations keep database changes orderly as the project grows.

How is my data protected?

Laravel comes with protection against common attacks, and we add to it: limited access rights, encrypted connections, regular updates and backups. We collect only the data your project needs.
