Next.js

Next.js is an open-source React framework that adds what a complete website needs: page routing, server rendering and built-in optimization. We use it to build fast, multilingual sites and web applications that search engines can read with ease.

What Is Next.js?

Next.js is an open-source framework built on React and developed by Vercel; its first version was released in 2016. React is a library for building interfaces from components, and Next.js turns it into a complete website: it manages page addresses, prepares pages on the server, loads data and optimizes images and fonts. Everything from a corporate site to a web application can live in one project.

Folders in the project map directly to page addresses. Components run on the server by default and send the browser finished HTML; JavaScript is sent only for the parts that respond to the visitor. Pages can be built ahead of time, rendered fresh on each visit or refreshed in the background. The image component gives each device a suitably sized file in modern formats such as WebP, and the font module serves fonts from the site's own domain.

Next.js is free under the MIT license, and its code is open to everyone. Vercel also offers hosting, but Next.js isn't tied to it: it runs on any Node.js server or in a Docker container, and simpler sites can even be exported as static files. The framework receives regular updates, including security fixes, so keeping it current is part of looking after any site.

Where We Use Next.js

We choose Next.js when a site needs both speed and room to grow. In client projects we use it most for:

  • Multilingual Corporate Sites

Turkish, English and Arabic versions each have their own addresses, and every page carries the right language and reading direction. Alternate language links tell search engines which version to show to which visitor.

  • Web Applications and Portals

Customer portals, dashboards behind a login and tools for bookings or quotes are built in the same project as the public site. Data is fetched on the server, so passwords and service keys stay there instead of reaching the browser.

  • Landing Pages for Campaigns

For Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns we build pages that are prepared ahead of time and open quickly. Measurement with Google Tag Manager and GA4 runs only within the visitor's cookie consent.

  • Image-Rich Pages

Product, project and portfolio pages carry many photos. The image component sizes them for each screen, loads the ones further down only as the visitor approaches and keeps the layout from jumping while they load.

Why Next.js?

  • Speed and Search Visibility Together

Pages reach the browser as ready HTML, so visitors see content sooner and search engines can read it without waiting for scripts. Titles, descriptions and the sitemap are generated in code, page by page.

  • Room to Grow

A site can start with a few pages and later gain a member area, a booking flow or an admin panel without changing technology. Because it's built on React, components are reused as the project grows.

  • Your Choice of Hosting

Your site isn't locked to one provider. We run it on a server or container that suits the project, behind Cloudflare, and the code is yours to move if your needs change.

How We Work on Your Project

We start from the approved design in Figma and the site map. Together we decide which pages are prepared ahead of time and which need fresh data on each visit, and how the Turkish, English and Arabic addresses will look. Then we build the pages as React components, usually in TypeScript, and connect the forms and content.

Before launch we run Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights, check every page's title, description and language links, and test the Arabic version right to left on real phones. The site goes live behind Cloudflare, its sitemap is submitted in Google Search Console, and at handover we train your team to update content.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help Center
Is a Next.js site good for SEO?

It gives SEO a strong technical base: pages arrive as complete HTML, each with its own title, description and language links. Rankings also depend on content, competition and time, so we treat Next.js as the foundation, not the whole job.

Do I have to host my site with Vercel?

No. Vercel develops Next.js and offers hosting, but the framework runs on any Node.js server or in a Docker container. We choose the setup with you and protect the site with Cloudflare.

Can my team update the content?

Yes. Depending on the project, content is managed through a simple admin panel or in clearly organized files, and at handover we show your team how to make updates.

Do I need to pay a license fee for Next.js?

No. Next.js is free and open source under the MIT license. Your costs come from design, development and hosting, not from the framework.
