Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by MHS LINKS CONSULTANCY L.L.C S.O.C (“MHS Links”) as the data controller, to the extent described in this policy.

For the conversations that businesses hold with their own customers through the MHS Links AI assistant, the business concerned is the data controller and MHS Links acts as a data processor on that business’s behalf.
Personal Data We Process
- Identity: first name and last name
- Contact: phone number, email address
- Customer transaction: the content of requests and messages, the selected plan, appointment details
- Business details: company name, industry, website address
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, cookie records
- Marketing: newsletter subscription and communication preferences
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your trial, sign-up and contact requests
- Concluding and performing the service agreement, and carrying out setup and support processes
- Managing customer relationships and sales processes
- Sending newsletters and promotional communications, where you have given your explicit consent
- Ensuring information security and fulfilling legal obligations
- Improving the website and analyzing how it is used
Legal Bases
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5(2) of KVKK: where processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c); where it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (ç); and where it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). For activities such as newsletters and promotional communications, we ask for your explicit consent.
Transfer of Personal Data
In accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners that provide the hosting, email, messaging and AI infrastructure needed to deliver the service, and to authorized public authorities and institutions within the scope of our legal obligations. Some of these service providers may have servers located outside Türkiye.
How We Collect Data
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the forms on our website, email, WhatsApp and other messaging channels, and cookies.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, with regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred;
- request the correction of your data if it is incomplete or inaccurate and, under the conditions set out in KVKK, its erasure or destruction;
- request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred;
- object to an outcome against you that arises from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
You can exercise any of these rights by submitting a request as described below.
Submitting a Request
You can send requests regarding your rights by email to iletisim@mhslinks.com or in writing to Office GF-82, Wafi Residence Office LHEU, Opposite Dubai Health Care City Metro, Al Razi Street, Umm Hurair II, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Depending on the nature of the request, your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
