Overview
Online consultations, initial meetings, product demos: for some appointments, the best place to meet is a video link. For appointments that need a video call, MHS Links AI creates a Google Meet link through Google Calendar.
The link is added to the event in your calendar and shared with the customer, so you don’t have to create and send it manually. When it’s time to meet, you and your customer join with the same link, and a summary of the pre-meeting conversation is waiting for you in the CRM.
What You Can Do
Automatic Meet Links
When a video appointment is booked, a Meet link is automatically added to the Google Calendar event.
Shared with the Customer
The link is sent on the channel the customer is chatting on, so your customer doesn’t wait for a separate invitation.
The Right Appointment Type
During setup, you specify which services take place by video and which in person, and the assistant proceeds accordingly.
Well-Prepared Meetings
The summary of the pre-meeting conversation and the intent score are in the CRM, so you start the meeting already knowing your customer.
Setup Steps
- 01
Connect Google Calendar
Because Meet links are created through the calendar, the Google Calendar connection is set up first.
- 02
Define Video Appointments
Together, we decide which services take place online and how long appointments last.
- 03
Try It and Go Live
We book a sample appointment to confirm that the link is created and sent to the customer; then the flow goes live.
