Overview
You’ve already set up your event types, durations, and availability rules in Calendly with care. MHS Links AI connects to your Calendly account through secure authorization and uses those rules exactly as they are, so there’s no new system to learn.
The assistant offers the customer available times through the event type that fits the conversation and completes the booking. The appointment shows up as usual in the calendar Calendly is connected to, and a summary of the conversation is logged in the CRM.
What You Can Do
True to Your Event Types
The assistant suggests times based on the event types and durations you’ve defined in Calendly, so no separate set of rules is needed.
Time Suggestions in the Chat
The customer sees available times right in the conversation, picks one, and the booking is complete.
Works with Your Calendar
The calendars Calendly checks for conflicts still apply, so busy times aren’t offered to the customer.
Summary in the CRM
With each booking, the conversation summary and intent score are logged in the CRM, so your team goes into the meeting prepared.
