If your team already holds its meetings on Zoom, it’s only natural to meet your customers there too. MHS Links AI connects to your Zoom account through secure authorization and schedules your online appointments as Zoom meetings.
The assistant checks availability in your connected calendar, creates the meeting in your Zoom account, and shares the link with the customer. The summary of the pre-meeting conversation and the intent score are logged in the CRM, so you start the meeting already knowing your customer.

Data and Security
- The connection is set up through Zoom’s official API and secure authorization steps; your password is not shared.

- You can revoke access at any time from your Zoom account.

Usually not. Unless your meeting settings require otherwise, participants can join through the link without creating an account.
Meetings are created in the Zoom account you connected, and that account is the host. You run the meeting from your own Zoom screen, just as you always do.
You decide. The services to be held online are defined during setup, and the assistant creates Zoom meetings only for those appointments.
