Param is a payment institution that provides businesses in Türkiye with virtual POS and payment solutions. MHS Links AI connects to your Param merchant account through the official API and brings the payment step into the conversation.
When the customer is ready to buy, the assistant sends a secure payment link created through Param. Payment is completed on the Param payment page, and each customer’s stage is tracked in the sales pipeline in the CRM.

Your account is connected securely with API credentials from your Param dashboard; your dashboard password is never shared.

Together, we confirm which products or services get a payment link and how the amounts are determined.

Design the Flow
The point at which the assistant offers the payment link is set to fit your sales process.

Test and Go Live
The flow is tested end to end in the Param test environment and goes live once you approve.
Requirements
- A verified Param merchant account that is ready to accept payments
- The products or services you sell and their prices
- At least one messaging channel for the assistant to work on
Data and Security
- The assistant never asks for card details; payment is completed on the secure Param payment page.
- The connection is made through the official Param API.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.
