Overview
Telegram is a fast way to reach customers, especially for businesses that grow through channels and communities. MHS Links AI connects to your business’s own bot through Telegram’s official Bot API and greets everyone who writes to it within 30 seconds.
The assistant answers questions from the information you upload, scores each lead’s intent as hot, warm, or cold, and guides suitable leads toward an appointment. A summary of the conversation is logged in the CRM, and when a customer wants to talk to a person, the conversation is handed to your team with its full history.
What You Can Do
24/7 Instant Replies
Every message to your bot is answered with the same care within 30 seconds, whatever the day or time.
Intent Scoring
Every conversation is tagged hot, warm, or cold, so your team puts its energy into the people closest to buying.
Appointments and Reminders
Available times are checked in your calendar and the appointment is booked; confirmations and reminders reach the customer on Telegram.
Handover to a Live Agent
When a customer asks for a person, the conversation is passed to your team along with its summary. No one has to explain anything twice.
Setup Steps
- 01
Create Your Bot
You create your business’s bot with Telegram’s BotFather account and choose its name and profile picture. We can do this step together if you like.
- 02
Connect the Bot to the Assistant
The bot’s access token is set up securely; your Telegram account password is never requested at any point.
- 03
Tailor the Assistant to Your Business
Your services, prices, and frequently asked questions are uploaded, and the assistant’s tone is matched to your brand.
- 04
Test and Go Live
Real scenarios are tested with your team; once you approve, the bot goes live and you can share its link on your channels.
Requirements
- A Telegram account and a Telegram bot owned by your business
- Your service, pricing, and FAQ information
- Places to share the bot: your website, your Telegram channel, or your social media accounts
Data and Security
- The bot’s access token is used only for this integration; you can end access at any time by generating a new token in BotFather.
- The assistant only talks to people who write to the bot; it doesn’t see your personal chats or your other groups.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.

Which Plans Include It?
This integration is planned as part of your setup, based on your needs. We’ll work out together during setup which plan it’s added to and how.
