Overview
Every business has its own set of tools, and some steps only make sense in the apps you use. MHS Links AI sends Zapier an instant notification (webhook) for the events you choose, and you use these notifications as triggers in your Zaps.
For example, you can email your team when a hot lead comes in, create a task in your project tool when an appointment is booked, or pass leads to your accounting software. Each notification includes the fields you choose during setup, such as contact details, channel, intent score, and conversation summary.

In Zapier, you choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger and get your own notification address.

Together, we decide which events are sent to this address, and with which information.

In Zapier, you connect the notification to the apps and steps where you want to use it.

Test and Go Live
A sample event is sent and your Zap is tested, and the flow goes live once you approve.
Requirements
- A Zapier plan that lets you use Webhooks by Zapier
- The apps where you’ll use the notifications
- At least one messaging channel for the assistant to work on
Data and Security
- Notifications are sent only to the address you define, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Notifications include only the fields you choose during setup, and you can stop the flow at any time by turning off your Zap.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.
