Craftgate is a payment gateway that lets you manage virtual POS accounts from different banks and payment institutions in one place. MHS Links AI connects to your Craftgate account through the official API and brings the payment step into the conversation.
When the customer is ready to buy, the assistant sends a secure payment link created through Craftgate. Which provider processes the payment is determined by your settings in Craftgate, and the sales process is tracked in the CRM.

Together, we confirm which products or services get a payment link and how the amounts are determined.

Design the Flow
The point at which the assistant offers the payment link is set to fit your sales process.

Test and Go Live
The flow is tested end to end in the Craftgate test environment and goes live once you approve.

- A Craftgate account that is ready to accept payments, with your virtual POS accounts connected
- The products or services you sell and their prices
- At least one messaging channel for the assistant to work on
Data and Security
- The assistant never asks for card details; payment is completed on the secure Craftgate payment page.
- The connection is made through the official Craftgate API.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.
