Overview
Airtable is the tool for teams that want the ease of a spreadsheet with the structure of a database. MHS Links AI connects to your Airtable base through the official API and adds the leads the assistant qualifies to the table you choose as records.
Each record includes contact details, channel, intent score, appointment details, and a conversation summary, mapped to the fields in your table. Your Airtable views and automations keep working with these records.
What You Can Do
One Record per Lead
New leads are added as records to the table in the base you choose.
Field Mapping
Details such as score, channel, and appointment date are written to the fields in your table.
Views and Automations
The views and automations you’ve built in Airtable work with the new records on their own.
Limited Access
Access is limited to the base you choose and the permissions it needs.
Setup Steps
- 01
Create an Access Token
In Airtable, you create a personal access token with access to only the relevant base and the permissions it needs.
- 02
Choose the Table
Together, we choose the base and table that will receive the leads.
- 03
Map the Fields
We define which information goes into which field.
- 04
Test and Go Live
Records are checked with sample leads, and new leads start flowing into your table once you approve.
Requirements
- An Airtable account and a base you can edit
- The table and fields that will receive the leads
- At least one messaging channel for the assistant to work on
Data and Security
- The connection uses an access token limited to the base you choose and the permissions it needs.
- You can end access at any time by deleting the token in your Airtable developer settings.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.

Which Plans Include It?
This integration is planned as part of your setup, based on your needs. We’ll work out together during setup which plan it’s added to and how.
