Not every conversation turns into a sale the same day, but a well-timed email can bring that customer back. MHS Links AI connects to your Mailchimp account through the official API and adds people who agree to receive emails during the conversation to the audience you choose.
Contacts are added with tags such as the service they’re interested in, the channel they came from, and their intent score. That way, you can personalize your email campaigns and automations based on these tags.

Connect Your Mailchimp Account
You grant access on Mailchimp’s secure authorization screen, without sharing your password.

Choose the Audience and Tags
Together, we choose the audience contacts are added to and the tags to use.

Prepare the Consent Text
Together, we write the text the assistant uses to ask for email consent, keeping it clear and easy to understand.

Test and Go Live
The audience and tags are checked with sample contacts, and the transfer starts once you approve.

Data and Security
- People who don’t give marketing consent are not added to your audience.
- Access is limited to the permissions you approve on Mailchimp’s authorization screen, and you can remove the connection from your Mailchimp account at any time.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.
