Overview
Many teams keep their sales tracking, customer notes, and tasks in Notion databases. MHS Links AI connects to your Notion workspace through the official API and adds the leads the assistant qualifies to the database you choose as new entries.
Each entry includes contact details, channel, intent score, appointment details, and a conversation summary, mapped to the properties in your database. Your team follows the entries in Notion’s table, board, or calendar views.
What You Can Do
One Entry per Lead
New leads are added as pages to the Notion database you choose.
Property Mapping
Details such as score, channel, and appointment date are written to the properties in your database.
Summary on the Page
The conversation summary is added to the entry’s page content, right next to your team’s notes.
Familiar Views
You follow the entries in Notion’s table, board, and calendar views.
Setup Steps
- 01
Authorize the Integration
You grant access to your workspace on Notion’s secure authorization screen, without sharing your password.
- 02
Share the Database
You share the database that will receive the leads with the integration; it can only access the pages you share.
- 03
Map the Properties
We define which information goes into which property.
- 04
Test and Go Live
Entries are checked with sample leads, and new leads start flowing into your database once you approve.
Requirements
- A Notion workspace and permission to add integrations
- A Notion database to receive the leads
- At least one messaging channel for the assistant to work on
Data and Security
- The integration can only access the pages and databases you share with it; it doesn’t see the rest of your workspace.
- You can end access at any time by removing the connection in your Notion settings.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.

Which Plans Include It?
This integration is planned as part of your setup, based on your needs. We’ll work out together during setup which plan it’s added to and how.
