Overview
Acuity Scheduling brings appointment types, durations, and availability together in one place for clinics, consultants, and service businesses. MHS Links AI connects to your Acuity account through the official API and books appointments according to the rules you’ve set.
The assistant identifies the appointment type that fits the customer’s need, suggests available times, and creates the appointment in Acuity at the chosen time. Appointment details and a conversation summary are logged in the CRM.
What You Can Do
True to Your Appointment Types
The assistant suggests times based on the appointment types, durations, and availability you’ve set in Acuity.
Time Suggestions in the Chat
The customer sees available times right in the conversation, picks one, and the appointment is booked.
Details Collected in the Chat
The name and contact details needed for the appointment are collected during the conversation and added to the booking.
Summary in the CRM
With each appointment, the conversation summary and intent score are logged in the CRM, so your team goes in prepared.
