Overview
Not every team uses a CRM; for many businesses, the most practical follow-up tool is still a spreadsheet. MHS Links AI connects to your Google account through secure authorization and adds the leads the assistant qualifies to the sheet you choose, one row each.
Each row includes the columns you choose during setup, such as date, contact details, channel, intent score, appointment details, and a conversation summary. You can share the sheet with your team and report on it any way you like with filters and formulas.
What You Can Do
One Row per Lead
New leads are added as rows to the spreadsheet and tab you choose.
The Columns You Choose
You decide which information goes into which column.
Shared with Your Team
The sheet is shared with your team through Google Sheets’ own sharing settings.
Easy Reporting
You build reports by channel or score with filters, pivot tables, and charts.
Setup Steps
- 01
Connect Your Google Account
You grant access on Google’s secure authorization screen. There’s no need to share your password.
- 02
Choose the Sheet
Together, we choose the spreadsheet and tab where leads are written.
- 03
Map the Columns
We define which information goes into which column.
- 04
Test and Go Live
The rows are checked with sample leads, and new leads start flowing into the sheet once you approve.
Requirements
- A Google account and a Google Sheets spreadsheet you can edit
- The column headings you want to use in the sheet
- At least one messaging channel for the assistant to work on
Data and Security
- Access is limited to the permissions you approve on Google’s authorization screen, and you can remove it at any time in your Google account settings.
- Only the information you choose during setup is written to the sheet, and you decide who the sheet is shared with.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.

Which Plans Include It?
This integration is planned as part of your setup, based on your needs. We’ll work out together during setup which plan it’s added to and how.
Write to usFrequently Asked Questions
Yes. The columns in your existing spreadsheet are mapped, and new leads are added below the last row.
Leads are always kept in CRM Core. If you later move to a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce, leads can be passed there with the matching integration.
