Overview
For teams that build multi-step automations in Make, every event in the assistant can be the start of a new scenario. MHS Links AI sends an instant notification to your custom webhook address in Make for the events you choose.
You use the notification’s fields, such as contact details, channel, intent score, and conversation summary, in the next steps of your scenario: adding a row to a table, creating a task for your team, or passing data to another system.
What You Can Do
Event Triggers
Events such as new leads, appointments, hot leads, and handovers are sent to Make instantly.
Visual Scenarios
You process notifications in Make’s visual editor, with as many steps as you need.
Only the Fields You Choose
You decide what each notification includes; data that isn’t needed isn’t sent.
Routers and Filters
With Make’s routers and filters, you can split events into different flows by channel, score, or topic.
Setup Steps
- 01
Create Your Webhook Address
In Make, you add a Custom webhook module to your scenario and get your own notification address.
- 02
Choose Events and Fields
Together, we decide which events are sent to this address, and with which information.
- 03
Complete Your Scenario
You connect the notification to the modules and steps where you want to use it.
- 04
Test and Go Live
A sample event is sent and your scenario is tested, and the flow goes live once you approve.
Requirements
- A Make account
- The apps where you’ll use the notifications
- At least one messaging channel for the assistant to work on
Data and Security
- Notifications are sent only to the address you define, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Notifications include only the fields you choose during setup, and you can stop the flow at any time by turning off your scenario.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.
