Overview
You’ve already set up your event types, durations, and availability rules in Cal.com. MHS Links AI connects to your Cal.com account through the official API and uses those rules exactly as they are, so there’s no new system to learn.
The assistant offers the customer available times through the event type that fits the conversation and completes the booking. The appointment shows up in the calendar Cal.com is connected to, and a summary of the conversation is logged in the CRM.
What You Can Do
True to Your Event Types
The assistant suggests times based on the event types and durations you’ve defined in Cal.com, so no separate set of rules is needed.
Time Suggestions in the Chat
The customer sees available times right in the conversation, picks one, and the booking is complete.
Works with Your Calendar
The calendars Cal.com checks for conflicts still apply, so busy times aren’t offered to the customer.
Summary in the CRM
With each booking, the conversation summary and intent score are logged in the CRM, so your team goes into the meeting prepared.
Setup Steps
- 01
Connect Your Cal.com Account
The connection uses an API key you create in your Cal.com settings; your account password is never shared.
- 02
Choose Event Types
Together, we decide which event types the assistant will use to book appointments.
- 03
Prepare Your Scenarios
Based on your services, the assistant is set up to know which meeting to offer for which request.
- 04
Test and Go Live
We test the flow with a sample booking; once you approve, the assistant starts booking appointments.
Requirements
- A Cal.com account and an API key created for this integration

Data and Security
- The connection is made through Cal.com’s official API, with an API key you create just for this integration.
- You can end access at any time by deleting the API key in your Cal.com settings.
- The assistant answers only from the information you upload. When it doesn’t know something, it doesn’t make things up; it hands the conversation to your team.
